Industrial equipment & compliance

Start with the problem you are actually solving: replacing a motor, checking an EU fan efficiency rule, or working out which refrigerant restriction applies in the US or EU. Each tool uses the ratings, dates and jurisdiction that decide that question.

Which checker should I use?

  • Replacing a motor: use the motor finder. Check electrical and mechanical fit before comparing efficiency.
  • EU industrial fan efficiency: use the fan checker for Regulation (EU) 2024/1834 scope and minimum-efficiency requirements.
  • US walk-in refrigeration model lookup: use the DOE walk-in refrigeration tool to search certified models, equipment class, capacity and AWEF before checking field-fit details.
  • US refrigerant transition: use the US HFC checker for 40 CFR Part 84 Technology Transitions.
  • EU refrigeration/HVAC refrigerant rules: use the EU F-gas checker for Regulation (EU) 2024/573.

The US and EU refrigerant rules use different legal categories and dates, so their results are not interchangeable. These tools also do not replace installation engineering, manufacturer instructions or the authoritative legal text.
